Meet the President and Owner of ServiceMaster Unlimited Restorations
John Thrailkill was born and raised in Orlando. And as John grew up, he washed tractor trailers, pumped fuel, and learned about business by working at his Grandparent’s truck stop. In high school, John enjoyed running on the track team. His love for track continued in college where John excelled on the cross country team. John graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
Right out of college, John began working as a Project Manager for a disaster restoration company. In 1992, John obtained his Florida Certified Building Contractors license. John continued to work as a Project Manager in the disaster restoration field. And later he started his own construction company that he continues to manage today.
In 1999, John brought his wealth of experience to ServiceMaster Clean by opening ServiceMaster Unlimited Restorations. Through ServiceMaster Clean, John gained even more highly specialized disaster restoration expertise. And ServiceMaster Clean gained a man and company of integrity that takes the utmost pride in professionally solving restoration problems. All of ServiceMaster Unlimited Restorations’ associates take pride in making homes and businesses clean, safe and livable once more.
John, Amy and their four children live in Orlando.
